About Jovon
Jovon McDougal is a licensed REALTOR with The Realty Shoppe, LLC. At the tender age of 16, Jovon began attending North Carolina Central University, where in 2001 she received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.
After graduation Jovon started her real estate career as a Mortgage Loan Processor. Jovon was able to use her management skills to excel at processing becoming Senior Processing Manager at NovaStar Mortgage and in 2006 she obtained her Maryland Real Estate Salesperson license.
In 2008, she was hired as a Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst. She researched and created sale comparable reports for commercial property sales over $10 million. Although, highly successful and a sought after research professional, something was missing. In 2015, she decided that she wanted to focus solely on residential property sales, so she reactivated her real estate licence and joined The Realty Shoppe, LLC.
Jovon is licensed in MD and DC and is experienced in investment sales, REO Properties, First-time homebuyers and much more.
Jovon lives in Anne Arundel County with her daughter.
